Every year, when those membership dues reminders show up, I hear the same thing from fellow REALTORS®: “What am I really paying for?” I get it, nobody wants to spend money if they don’t see the return. But for me, those dues have always been less about the bill and more about what’s possible on the other side of that payment.

Recently, I sat down with Andy Payne, Carolyn Garrett, and Neel Midha for an honest conversation about this very topic. What really surprised me was how much we uncovered beyond the obvious logos and titles.
