Sovereign’s CEO Receives The Atlanta Realtors Association 2025 E.A. Isakson Leadership Award

Sovereign Realty and Management is proud to announce that Karen Hatcher, CPM®, CEO and Head Broker, was honored with the 2025 E.A. Isakson Leadership Award from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). This distinguished recognition is reserved for leaders whose vision and service brought a significant change, resulting in a lasting benefit to the membership, the community, and/or the real estate profession.
The award celebrates a milestone, but the work behind it represents an ongoing commitment at Sovereign. Under Mrs. Hatcher’s guidance, the company’s approach to real estate has always been rooted in a deep investment in people and neighborhoods, championing equitable access, fair housing, and unrestricted opportunity.
A cornerstone of this philosophy is the Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation, spearheaded by Mrs. Hatcher. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded scholarships to the children and grandchildren of Atlanta REALTOR® members, directly supporting educational advancement for local families. In 2025, the Foundation’s reach grew further through its new Community Grant Application, empowering organizations and initiatives making a positive difference in placemaking and beautification throughout Atlanta.
